Since we provide digital products (ROM files, MDM files, etc.), we have a specific return policy:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a file has been downloaded, we generally cannot offer a refund. However, if the file is corrupted or does not work as described, we will provide a replacement or credit.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase if the download has not been initiated. If you encounter issues with a file, please contact our support team first.
